Cash Discount
We offer a 10 cent per gallon discount on deliveries over 200 gallons that are paid for within 10 days of delivery with cash, check or money order. (some restrictions apply)

Pre-Buy
We offer a Pre-Buy for the gallons you feel you will use over the winter. Our Pre-Buy program always starts in September. Mark your calendar to give us a call in September to ask about the Pre-Buy.

Budget
The budget plan begins in June. This is a monthly payment plan that is calculated by gallons used and average cost of the previous year. Give us a call for additional details.

Please place fuel orders before your tank percentage drops below 20%. Hilgy's will make fuel deliveries within 10 business days from the date of the order. If you need a delivery before the allotted time, a special trip charge will be applied.
Service requests called in after 4 pm or weekends and holidays are considered after hours and will incur an additional fee.
